Oly´s Breakfast

A little low fat and some vitamins-rich fruit and you´ve just started your day. Hope you like it!

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese or low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 cup of pineapple, papaya or peach
  • 2 teaspoons toasted wheat germ
How to prepare:
  1. Place the cottage cheese (or yogurt) in a small bowl.
  2. Top with fruit and sprinkle with wheat germ.
